Logging In to the TH6 Browser

The Login page appears when the application is launched in the browser of your choice.

For any questions about your login, including the method used to log in or to create a new login, contact your internal ToolHound administrator.
Logging in with a Password
  1. Type the Company name for your organization or the name for the ToolHound database if it is not already shown.
  2. Type your User Name if it is not already shown.
  3. Type your Password.
  4. Click Log in.
 Passwords are case-sensitive.
Select Remember Me to store the Company and User Name for future logins.
Logging in with 2FA

Use these instructions to log in once you have configured 2FA (two factor authentication) for your login.

For any questions about or problems with the authenticator app used by your organization, contact your internal ToolHound administrator.
  1. Follow the instructions to login above. A message will be displayed to asking you to enter the two factor authentication code from your authentication app.
  2. Launch the authenticator app on your phone or other device.
  3. Type the code displayed in the authenticator app for your ToolHound 6 user account into the Authenticator Validation Code text box.
  4. Click Validate.
In the case of a code timing out or multiple failed attempts, click Return to Login to try again.
Logging in with SSO

In organizations where SSO (single sign on) is enabled, you might still have the option to log in with your user name and password as well as using SSO.

To log in using SSO:

  1. Type the Company name for your organization or the name for the ToolHound database if it is not already shown.
  2. Click either Google or Microsoft to log in with the corresponding account linked to your ToolHound user login.
Select Remember Me to store the Company for future logins.
