Deleting a Failure Code

- Look up the failure code under Service > Failure Codes.
- Select the Failure Code to delete and click
in the edit tool bar. - Click OK to delete or click Cancel to cancel the operation.
A failure code can not be deleted if it associated with any work orders. To discontinue use of a failure code in the future, make it inactive.
