Deleting a Return Status

Return statuses cannot be edited once they have been used on a transaction. To prevent the use of a return status in the future, remove the Active flag.
Before making any changes to any return status, contact ToolHound Support.
- Look up the return status.
- Select the Return Status to delete by clicking in the checkbox to the left.
- Click
in the edit tool bar. - Click OK to delete or Cancel to cancel the operation.
