Deleting a Return Status

Return statuses cannot be edited once they have been used on a transaction. To prevent the use of a return status in the future, remove the Active flag.

Before making any changes to any return status, contact ToolHound Support.
  1. Look up the return status.
  2. Select the Return Status to delete by clicking in the checkbox to the left.
  3. Click  in the edit tool bar.
  4. Click OK to delete or Cancel to cancel the operation.
