Setting Report Favorites

Favoriting a report creates a shortcut to that report in the Reports Favorites folder. The Favorites folder can be used to collect frequently run reports in one spot to save time. Any report, standard or customized, can be added to the Favorites folder.

Toggle a report as favourite on or remove a favourite:

  1. Navigate to the report with its folder then select or highlight the report in the list.
  2. Toggle the Favorite shortcut on or off using either method:
    1. Click on the reports toolbar.
    2. Right-click on the report name and select ♥ Favorite from the shortcut menu.
