About Work Order Types

Work Order Types are part of the add-on Service module. This feature is used to maintain a customized list of work order types, classified as either preventative maintenance or unplanned maintenance. Work order types are optional references on service work orders and can be color-coded.
Parameters on this screen include:
Work Order Type | Unique description of the work order type. |
Color | Optionally select a display color to identify this work order type. |
Preventative Maintenance | Indicates planned maintenance. |
Unplanned Maintenance | Indicates emergency or unplanned maintenance. |
Active | Selected by default. Indicates that the work order type is available for use. |
