About Service Request on TH6 Mobile

Service Request displays a summary list of existing incomplete service request work orders for the current stocking location. Service requests are work orders for maintenance, usually unexpected repairs, for serialized inventory. These work orders have the status type of requested when created.

Each service request includes the item ID for the serialized item, the task for the service, and a description of the problem.

To view the details of any service request, tap the row.

To create a new service request, tap at the top right.

Service requests can be edited before the work order is approved.
