Closing a Work Order on TH6 Mobile

  1. Tap Service then Work Orders from the main screen menu.
  2. Look up the Work Order No.
  3. If there is a check list for the work order, tap Check List at the top of the screen to ensure it has been completed.
  4. Tap Close at the top of the screen.
  5. Enter the details for the completion of this work order.
    1. Optionally select a Failure Code, if applicable.
    2. Enter the Work Done to complete this work order.
    3. Enter the Meter Reading value, if applicable for this task.
    4. Tap Close Work Order. Tao Yes on the confirmation message.
      1. Select the new work order status if there is more than one closed status.
  6. Tap at the top right to save the work order.
