Adding Custom Picklists

  1. Click Utilities on the left side menu bar and click Custom Picklists.
  2. Click  to add a new picklist record.
  3. Add picklist entries in the Lookup Value grid.
    1. Click at the top left of the grid to add a new blank row. It will be Active by default.
    2. Type the Value of up to 30 characters.
    3. Type the short Code of up to 10 characters.
  4. Click  to save the custom picklist.
