About Favorites

The Favorites panel on the Home tab contains shortcuts to frequently used menu options for quick access. If no menu options have been added, a message will be displayed to that effect.

Favorites can be

  • personal links added by a user. Users have full control over adding and removing personal favourites.
  • shared to multiple users when assigned to one or more roles. Menu options added via Roles cannot be removed from the list.
Favorites assigned to roles are dimmed compared to personal favorites.

Personal Favorites

To add a menu item to the Favorites list, right click on the menu option in the main menu displayed on the left of the screen and select Add to Favorites.

To remove a menu item from the Favorites list, either

  • right click on the menu option on the menu and select Remove from Favorites.
  • right click on the menu option in the Favorites panel and select Remove.

Click to refresh the list immediately. Otherwise the favorited menu options will update after the next log in.
