To subscribe to update notices or newsletters, send us an email.
If there has been a change in who should be receiving these emails - new staff, changes in responsibility, retirements, etc - please email us so we can update our records. You can also use this form.
Update notices are sent out when a new update to ToolHound is available. These emails include
- the latest version number
- the link to the list of enhancements, changes, and fixes in the latest version
- the date and time the ToolHound Cloud will be updated
- the link to update instructions and the download link and password to the update file for ToolHound On Premise customers
- any important instructions or changes in technical requirements
Newsletters are sent out approximately every two months or for special events as required. These emails include
- important information regarding mobile devices
- important information regarding labels (QR codes, barcodes, or other stickers)
- the Lunch and Learn topics and registration link for the current session
- tips to get the most out of ToolHound
- a recap of recent videos at the ToolHound Learning Center
- information of special events, like our User Conference
If you wish to unsubscribe from mailings, click the link at the bottom of any email. This will stop both update notices and newsletters.
