The error "Cannot access the server. Please check that the address you entered is correct." indicates that the your ToolHound database server cannot be reached.
Possible causes include
- An error in server address entered.
To correct this, verify the Server in the settings. Ensure that you are using fully qualified address starting with https:// For Cloud subscribers, be certain to use https://www.mytoolhound.com - Your device does not have access to WIFI or the internet
Reestablish connectivity. If necessary, restart your device.
If the two solutions above do not resolve the problem, email Support including a screenshot of your Settings page.
