Adding a Meter Reading

  1. Click Service on the left side menu bar and click Meter Readings.
  2. Click  to add a new meter reading.  
  3. Enter the Item ID or use the lookup to select the item. The Part No and Description will be displayed and the currently logged in user will show as the Created User.
  4. Enter the reading details.
    1. Select the Meter to read and enter the numeric Reading value.
    2. Optionally deselect Use Current Date & Time to enter a specific Reading Date and Time.
If the meter reading for this item is lower than the last meter reading, a warning will be displayed. This does not prevent you from saving the lower reading value.
  1. Click save the reading.
