View Issued Items

There are multiple ways to view or report on inventory that has been checked out.
To report on issued inventory, use the Issues report found in the Transaction Reports. This report has quick filters for stocking location and part number, as well as the entity to generate a tool list.
To view the issued items for a specific entity only in the browser:
- View the Transaction History tab for Personnel and check Outstanding Only.
- View the Transaction History tab for Locations and check Outstanding Only.
To email all entities a list of their outstanding items, use the Issued Assets Email.
To view the issued items for a specific entity only in the Mobile app, use Issued Items.
