Removing a Service Requirement for a Serialized Item

Check the item's part number. If the task is assigned to the part, you need to remove the task from the part number as well otherwise it will be added back to the item.
  1. Click Inventory > Serialized Items.
  2. Select the Service Requirements tab.
  3. Click to the left of the row for the service task requirement to be deleted.
  4. Click OK on the confirmation message.
  5. Click to save the change.
