Release Notes for version 6.2022.1.13
This is a partial list of enhancements and fixes included with this release.
This release includes an update for the ToolHound Mobile app. Ensure your server is updated before updating your mobile device.
Enhancement Highlights
- Lookups will now retain the number of entries to show per page when changed from the default 20 to 50, 100, or 500. This setting applies to all users across all lookups. Note that this might impact performance. If so, change the number of entries to a lower number.
- Issue / Return detail grid now includes the serial number
- Transactions detail grid now includes the serial number
- The Issues report now has a summary row for each entity and the report showing the total number of pieces of inventory and cost.
- Part Number Transaction History now includes transfer requests, transaction requisitions, and change item status events
- Transaction Rental Billing report - now includes criteria for inventory type
- Purchase Orders PO NO can be changed prior to being approved
- Transfer Requests can be copied complete with details
- Transfers now use the same General tab and Details tab layout as elsewhere
- Packing Slip now includes the serial number
- Transfer Receipt now includes the serial number
- Pick Transfer Request will now default to a quantity of 1 for serialized items
- Roles report now includes the parent menu item and the exact menu option text to facilitate importing roles
- Role import template and processing changed to use the parent menu item and menu text mirroring the Role report
- New records for lists as inserted at the top to prevent scrolling. Applies to crafts, manufacturers, categories & subcategories, jobs & sob jobs, and certifications.
- Transfer Rental module released
- Mobile
- The stacked menu at the top left of the Home screen contains a link to this help
- Pick Requisitions was added
- Requisition and Pick Requisition now have a filter row for a specific requisition no.
- Receive Inventory now has a filter row for a specific vendor or PONO.
Fixes
- Locations - user could create orphaned locations outside their visibility
- Retired Items did not permit only Available for New inventory statues
- Transaction Charges Billing report was not displaying the renting entity's province/state and postal code
- Adjust inventory included inactive item IDs in the lookup
- Bar Code reports
- Inactive records were printed
- Avery 5160 support was lost
- Entering a Starting label caused blank report
- Meter Reading report did not include readings taken against alternate IDs
- Mobile
- Inactive inventory statuses were available for transfers
- Inactive and deleted parts were available for transfers
- Transactions between midnight and 1AM UTC could freeze or return an error
