Editing a Charge - Transaction Rental

Missing, incomplete, or incorrect information on a charge such as the Job, Sub Job, Cost Code, Reference, and Notes can be edited at any time.
Most charges are generated automatically based on the rate sheet. While the amount of the charge can be edited, it is not recommended as this can cause confusion with previous reports. Consider a manual charge for the adjustment.
- Look up the charge to edit under Transaction Rentals > Transaction Charges.
- Make the required changes.
- Click
to save the changes.
