Final tab for Counts

The Final tab is displayed only for closed counts. This tab contains a read-only grid displaying the part numbers summarized where the Expected Quantity and Quantity Counted are not equal.
Fields on this tab include:
Part Number | Displays the part number for which the count has been closed. |
Description | Displays the description of the part number. |
Counted | Displays the actual count for the item at the selected stocking point. |
Expected | Displays the quantity on hand for the item before being counted at the selected stocking point. For a Count By Entity, this would be the Issued quantity. |
Difference | Displays the delta between the Counted and Expected values. |
Cost | Displays the unit cost for the part number. |
Amount | Displays the total value of the shortfall or overage calculated as unit Cost multiplied by the Difference. |
