About the Tool Browser

The Tool Browser displays a summary view of your entire inventory of part numbers and serialized items on one page. Use the default column layout or configure your preferred columns to search across your inventory by filtering on one or more of the columns then open the inventory record to view or edit it.
View or edit part numbers or serialized items by
- Double-clicking the row.
- Right-clicking on the row and clicking
on the popup menu. - Clicking
to the right of the row.
Navigating the Tool Browser
Click 
at the top right of the page to remove all filters for both Part Numbers and Serialized Items.
Click 
at the top right of the page to reload (refresh) the list with any selected filters.
Click 
at the top right of the page to configure the Columns shown in the Tool Browser.
Sort the data in ascending order (A-Z) by clicking any column header. Sort in descending (Z-A) order by clicking the column header a second time.
Search by entering data in one or more columns across the Filter row, indicated by
to the left under the column headers.
For serialized part numbers
- Click
to the left row for a serialized part number to view a summary list of related Item IDs. Click 
to collapse the view of serialized items. Expand and collapse arrows are also available by right-clicking on the part number row. - Use the Filter row below the part, indicated by to the left, by entering data in one or more columns.
The bottom of the Tool Browser shows additional information:
