Adding Jobs and Sub Jobs
To add a Job,
- Click Utilities in the left side menu bar, then click Jobs.
- Click to add a new job.
- Enter a unique Job Number.
- Enter a descriptive Job name. This can be the same as the Job Number. The record will be Active by default.
- Click to save the entry.
To add a Sub Job to a Job,
- Click to the right of the Job Number.
- Enter a Sub Job Number that is unique within the Job on the new row.
- Enter a descriptive Sub Job name. This can be the same as the Sub Job Number.
- Click to save the entry.
