Adding Jobs and Sub Jobs

To add a Job,

  1. Click Utilities in the left side menu bar, then click Jobs.
  2. Click to add a new job.
  3. Enter a unique Job Number.
  4. Enter a descriptive Job name. This can be the same as the Job Number. The record will be Active by default.
  5. Click to save the entry.

To add a Sub Job to a Job,

  1. Click to the right of the Job Number.
  2. Enter a Sub Job Number that is unique within the Job on the new row.
  3. Enter a descriptive Sub Job name. This can be the same as the Sub Job Number.
  4. Click to save the entry.
