Changing Rental Status - Transaction Rental

To change the rental status of a single item, see Changing the Rental Status of an Item - Transaction Rental
  1. Click Transaction Rentals in the left side menu bar, then click Status Change.
  2. Select a Billing Location from the drop down list.
  3. Select an Employer, Entity, and/or a Transaction Number to filter the set of rented items to be changed.
  4. Under the New Status section, select the Rental Status to be applied.
  5. Select the new Date and Time if the current date and time is not to be used.
To correct an incorrect Date or Time or to revert back to current time, click to reset.
  1. Click to process the change. A window indicating the number of status changes is displayed. Click OK to finalized the status change or Cancel to stop the process.
