Changing Rental Status - Transaction Rental
- Click Transaction Rentals in the left side menu bar, then click Status Change.
- Select a Billing Location from the drop down list.
- Select an Employer, Entity, and/or a Transaction Number to filter the set of rented items to be changed.
- Under the New Status section, select the Rental Status to be applied.
- Select the new Date and Time if the current date and time is not to be used.
- Click to process the change. A window indicating the number of status changes is displayed. Click OK to finalized the status change or Cancel to stop the process.
