Links for Roles is used to assign the same link, or set of links, to the Links panel for all users sharing one or more roles. This ensures that everyone is accessing the same site or information.
Links assigned to a role cannot be deleted from the Links panel or edited by the user.
Link Descriptions must be unique in the database across both personal links and links by role. Link URLs can be repeated with a different description.
