Release Notes for version 6.2022.8.15

This is a partial list of enhancements and fixes included with this release.

Enhancement Highlights

  • The Login page displays a message if the Caps Lock is on.
  • The Work Order Check List tab will be bolded if a check list is attached to the work order.
  • All lists (such as manufacturers, certifications, etc.) have been optimized for quicker loading.
  • Saving manufacturers has been optimized.
  • Transfers now display the quantity on hand in the Add Details lookup.
  • Pick Transfer Request now displays the quantity on hand in the Item ID lookup.
  • Issue / Return, Create Requisition, and Requisitions, now all display the entity ID in the Entity lookup.
  • Create Requisition now has the option to print on the Selected Items tab.
  • Added support for a separate UserName when configuring email settings.
  • The Inventory Tasks report that lists all service tasks assigned each part numbers has been added.

Fixes

  • Manual charges for Transaction Rental were not updating the revenue to date for serialized items.
  • Purchase Requisitions were not populating the information for vendors configured for the part number.
  • Create Purchase Requisition was not populating the information for vendors configured for the part number.
  • Location Bar Code report wasn't printing the header on subsequent pages, throwing off alignment.
  • Users with limited visibility could not select Billing Locations outside their visibility.
  • The Parts Catalog displayed inactive categories.
  • Transaction Receipts displayed lone commas where there was no address for the stocking point or entity.
  • Serialized Utilization report was incorrectly calculating the Lifetime.
  • Purchase Order that were being edited after being partially received would reset the Received quantity to 0 for previously received parts. Note: This update also corrects the erroneously reset Received quantities to the true value.
  • Mobile
    • Requisitions were created as Ready to Approve, bypassing any Created notifications
