Deleting an Attachment

After looking up the record having the attachment to delete,
- Click
in the edit toolbar on a screen to open the attachment pop-up. - Click
to the left of the row for the attachement to remove.
If you are attempting to delete an attachment on a serialized item and the attachment Description is prefixed with an asterisk (*), the attachment is stored on the part number. To remove this attachment, remove it from the part number.
- Click OK to confirm and close the window.
- Click
to save.
Remember to save the record after deleting the attachment.
