About Pausing Transactions for TH6 Mobile
What if I need to pause a transaction?
If you need to stop or interrupt a transaction temporarily to attend to something else, it can be saved in the current state and later retrieved to complete the next time the Issue/Return screen is opened. Only one transaction can be stored at a time for later retrieval.
- Tap at the top left of the screen and confirm you wish to exit.
- Tap Yes when prompted to save unsaved data for later. Otherwise tap No to delete the data and lose your changes.
How do I continue the transaction?
You can resume the transaction by entering Issue / Return. When there is a saved record, you will be asked if you wish to use it. If you choose Yes, the saved record will be displayed and you can continue to add details or save the transaction. If you choose No, the record will be permanently deleted.
What if the app crashes?
Likewise, if the mobile app crashes, the data entered up to the time of the crash will be saved. When opening Issue / Return when there is a saved record, you will be asked if you wish to use it. If you choose Yes, the saved record will be displayed. If you choose No, the record will be permanently deleted.
This process works for all functions in TH6 Mobile.
