About Conditions

A condition is a description of the state for serialized inventory. Conditions must be updated manually and are not changed by any other events or transactions. They do not impact transactions or any other events. An unlimited list of conditions can be customized for your organization.

Condition

Enter a unique condition name. Up to 60 characters.

Active

Check this box to make the condition available to be used.

Watch this video for an understanding of the different pick lists available and the types of data they contain. If you are importing inventory or personnel data, these values need to exist in the system first.
