Deleting a Category and Sub Category

A category or sub category can not be deleted if it is in use. Consider making the record inactive instead.
- Look up the record to edit under Inventory > Categories.
- Select the category or sub category to delete by clicking in the checkbox to the left.
- Click
in the edit tool bar. - Click OK to delete. Clicking Cancel instead of OK will cancel the delete operation.
Deleting a category where the sub categories are not in use will delete all sub categories at the same time.
