Deleting a Service Request

  1. Look up the service request to edit under Service > Service Requests.
  2. Click in the edit tool bar.
  3. Click OK to delete or click Cancel to cancel the operation.
Since a service request is a requested work order, only unapproved service requests can be deleted. This, in turn, deletes the work order.
