Previous Step: Getting Started - Implementation Step Summary

This step applies to all ToolHound implementations.

The onboarding meeting is essential for ensuring you have a clear idea of what next steps are appropriate and in the correct sequence for your organization to have a successful Go Live with ToolHound.

  1. A member of our Support team will contact you to arrange your one-hour onboarding meeting. The purpose of the onboarding meeting is to provide you with the most efficient path to launch ToolHound as it is best-suited for your organization.
If you do not hear from the Support team within 24 hours hours of receiving your Welcome email, let us know.
  2. Prior to the onboarding meeting, watch the introductory video playlist at the ToolHound Learning Cente to familiarize yourself with basic concepts. This will ensure you get the most value from the onboarding meeting.
  3. During the onboarding meeting, our team member will ask you specific questions about your goals for using ToolHound in your organization, current day-to-day operations, and whether all licensed features will be implemented at once or in stages.
Schedule training or discuss availability for training before the end of the meeting. If you have not yet purchased training, contact your account manager for available options.
  1. Our team member will provide you with a customized implementation guide within 24 hours of the onboarding meeting. The implementation guide is based on the information gathered during the onboarding meeting and contains the outline of the setup order unique to your organization along with any special configuration notes. Any unnecessary steps or data that can be skipped will be indicated.
