Exchanged For tab for Transactions

The Exchanged For tab is only displayed when the Transaction Rental module is in use and the transaction is the result of a serialized item having been exchanged or swapped using On Rent - Transaction Rental. The information shown on this tab cross-references the original issue transaction created for the exchange.
The grid displays following fields:
Part No | Displays the part number of the replacement item. |
Description | The description of the replacement item. |
Item ID | Displays the item ID for the item ID on this transaction number. |
Exchanged For Item ID | Displays the original item ID on the original issue transaction. |
Transaction No | Displays the transaction number for the original transaction. |
Transaction Date | Displays the date for the original issue transaction. |
