Adding a Picture to an existing Service Request on TH6 Mobile

To add a picture to an existing service request,

  1. Tap Service, then Service Request from the main screen menu.
  2. Tap the row for the service request where you want to attach the picture or photo.
  3. Tap Photos at the top of the screen.
    1. Add each picture to the service request.
      1. Select the picture to attach to the service request.
        • Tap at the top right of the screen to take a photo using the device's camera.
        • Tap at the top right of the screen to select a picture on the device.
      2. Enter the Description for the picture and tap OK.
  4. Tap at the top right to save the new attachments to the service request. The work order number will be displayed in the confirmation message. Tap OK.
