About Work Order Priorities

Priorities are part of the add-on Service module. They used to rank service requests and work orders. Optionally, work order priorities can be customized and color-coded to suit the organization.
Parameters available to use are:
Priority | Unique description of a priority. |
Order | Enter a number between 1-9 to determine where the selected priority will display in the drop down lists. |
Color | Select a color for the priority to differentiate it from other priorities. |
Active | Check this box to make the selected priority available to use. |
