Why am I getting an error logging in to the Cloud?

Be sure to use https://www.mytoolhound.com to access the ToolHound 6 Cloud.
If you are a ToolHound 6 Cloud subscriber and you use a Google or other search to find the login page, you will run into the error "Cannot access the server. Please check that the address you entered is correct." when you log in. This is because the search results do not include the correct link.
Bookmark the appropriate address for future logins. See instructions for adding bookmarks or favourites in various browsers:
