About Manufacturers

This page is used to maintain the list of manufacturers which can be assigned to part numbers.

Fields on this tab include:

Manufacturer

Enter the name of the manufacturer. Up to 60 characters.

Phone

Enter the phone number of the manufacturer.

Fax

Enter the fax number of the manufacturer.

URL

Enter the website of the manufacturer.

Active

Active by default. Uncheck to make the manufacturer reference unavailable to be used.

Watch this video for an understanding of the different pick lists available and the types of data they contain. If you are importing inventory or personnel data, these values need to exist in the system first.
