Deleting an Approval Process

An approval process can not be deleted if it is in use on previous documents. To prevent requiring the approval process in the future, make it inactive.
- Look up the approval process to edit as described in looking up an approval process.
- Click
in the edit tool bar. - Click OK to delete. Clicking Cancel will stop the delete operation.
