Part Numbers

Personnel

  • Created
  • Deleted

Personnel Certification

Purchase Order

  • Created
  • Ready for Approval

Purchase Requisition

  • Ready for Approval
  • Approved

Reassign Assets

  • Created

Serialized Inventory

Service Request

  • Created (Note this is separate from Work Order Created.)

Transaction

Transaction Requisition

  • Created
  • Ready for Approval
  • Approved
  • Picked
  • Cancelled

Transfer

All transfer notifications are triggered based on whether the From Location or To Location is within the Visibility as described below.
  • Created (Visibility based on the Transfer From Location)
  • Shipped (Visibility based on the Transfer To Location)
  • Received (Visibility based on the Transfer To Location)

Transfer Receipt

Transfer receipt notifications are triggered based on whether the From Location is within the Visibility.
  • Created

Transfer Request

All transfer request notifications are triggered based on whether the From Location or To Location is within the Visibility as described below.
  • Created (Visibility based on the Transfer Request From Location)
  • Created - Requestor (Visibility based on the Transfer Request To Location)
  • Ready for Approval (Visibility based on the Transfer Request From Location)
  • Ready for Approval - Requestor (Visibility based on the Transfer Request To Location)
  • Approved (Visibility based on the Transfer Request From Location)
  • Approved - Requestor (Visibility based on the Transfer Request To Location)
  • Picked (Visibility based on the Transfer Request To Location)

Work Order

  • Created (Note that Service Requests do not trigger this event.)
  • Ready for Approval
  • Approved
  • Scheduled
  • Work Order Completed
