Transfer Rate Sheet tab for Locations

The Transfer Rate Sheet tab of the Locations page applies only to stocking locations when the Transfer Rental module is in use.

Use the Transfer Rate Sheet tab of the Locations page to maintain what stocking locations are charging rent and with what rates to this stocking location for transfers.

Transfer Rate Sheet

The name of the transfer rate sheet.

Billing Location

Enter or select the stocking point charging rent to be transferred ot the grid below.

Charge Rent

Indicates that transfers with the combination of renting location and billing location will be used to determine rent.

Discount

Enter the percentage value to be discounted off the standard rental rate for this stocking location.

Adding a rate sheet to a stocking location

  1. Select the Transfer Rate Sheet to apply and the Billing Location that is charging rent to the stocking location.
  2. Click to move this combination to the grid below. Charge Rent will be checked by default.
To stop charging rent to this stocking point, remove the Charge Rent flag. It is best practice to first ensure there are no outstanding items on rent for this stocking point.
  1. If applicable, enter a Discount percentage to be applied to the rent charged to this location.
  2. Click ​ to save the changes to the location.

Removing a rate sheet from a stocking location

  1. Click to the left of the row for the combination of Transfer Rate Sheet and Billing Location to delete.
  2. Click ​ to save the changes to the location.
