Details tab for Transactions

The Details tab displays the following fields:
Item ID | Displays the item ID. |
Part No | Displays the part number of the selected item. |
Description | The description of the selected item. |
Serial Number | Displays a serial number, if applicable, for serialized items. |
Unit Of Measure | Displays the unit of measure for the part number. |
Qty | Displays the quantity of the item on the transaction. |
Qty Return | Displays the quantity of the item returned. |
Transaction Type | Displays the transaction type. |
Return Status | Displayed only for return transactions. |
Due Date | Displays the expected return date of the item for issue transactions |
Bin | Displays the bin for the part or serialized item, if entered. |
Cost Code | Displays a cost code assigned at the item ID level. If a cost code has been assigned in the transaction header, it will not be displayed. See the General tab. |
Container No | Displayed only when the stocking location's Container Packing List setting option is enabled. |
 | View or add attachments specific to this line item. Separate from attachments to the transaction header on the General tab. |
