Canceling a Transfer Request

A transfer request can be cancelled at any point prior to being fully picked. Any transfers created prior to the cancellation will not be affected.
- Look up the transfer request to cancel under Locations > Transfer Requests.
- Click Cancelled. The Cancelled Date and Cancelled User are updated.
- Click
to save the status.
Once cancelled, a transfer request cannot be reinstated.
