Creating a Service Request on TH6 Mobile
- Tap Service, then Service Request from the main screen menu.
- Tap on the top right of the Service Request screen.
- Enter, scan, or lookup the Item ID requiring service. The Part No, Description, and Serial Number for the item will be displayed.
- Define the type of service requested.
- Select the Task most closely related to the requested service.
- Select a Priority for the work order to be created
- Select a requested Status.
- Tap Problem at the bottom of the screen.
- Enter the detailed description of the Problem necessitating the service.
- Tap at the top right to save the service request. A work order will be assigned and displayed in the confirmation message. Tap OK.
