The Part Number screen is similar to the Part Number page in the browser. It is used to view, edit, or add a picture to an existing part number. New part numbers can also be created either from scratch or duplicate an existing part number.
- Home displays the basic identifying information for the part number including the part number, inventory type, visibility, description, item IDs for non-serialized parts, and whether the part number is active, and is a kit.
- General displays information common to all items for the part number.
- Notes displays any comments for the part number.
- Picture displays the image associated with the part number.
Use the browser to view service tasks, required certifications, transaction history, attachments, or vendors associated with the part number.
The Part Numbers screen has a slightly different set of icons on the toolbar:
 | Undo changes |
 | Clear the screen |
 | Add a new part number |
 | Duplicate or copy the part number on the screen |
 | Upload a picture to associate with the part number. Shown only on the Picture screen |
 | Take a picture to associate with the part number. Shown only on the Picture screen |
 | Save the part number and any changes. |
