About Favorites
The Favorites panel on the Home tab contains shortcuts to frequently used menu options for quick access. If no menu options have been added, a message will be displayed to that effect. Favorites can be - personal links added by a user. Users have full control over adding and removing personal favourites. - shared to multiple users when assigned to one or more roles. Menu options added via Roles cannot be removed from the list.
