About Attachments

Attachments can be added to nearly every screen or tab and, in many cases, to line items on documents or transactions. Attachments can be files such as documents or images, links to internet or intranet sites, or comments. Examples of common attachments are safety data sheets, schematics, links to manufacturer manuals online, service guides, calibration or load test certificates.

Deleting an Attachment

Click paperclip​ in the edit toolbar on a screen to open the attachment pop-up. Find the attachment to delete. Click ​X to remove the attachment. Click OK to close the window. Click to save.
