Deleting a Payment Term

  1. Look up the payment term under Purchasing > Payment Terms.
  2. Select the Payment Term you wish to delete and click in the edit tool bar.
  3. Click OK on the confirmation message to delete. Clicking Cancel instead of OK will cancel the delete operation.
A payment term can not be deleted if it associated with vendors, purchase orders, or other documents. Consider making the payment term inactive to prevent its use.
