Look up the part number under Inventory > Part Numbers.
Select the Tasks tab.
Click above the Task grid. The list of tasks with frequency and meters is displayed.
Double-click the Task, or select a task and click Select, to add it to the service requirements.
Click in the edit tool bar to save the service task.
To remove a task, select it and click in the grid. Removing a task from a Part Number removes it for all associated serialized items. Items' Service History will not be affected. Tasks cannot be removed if there is a pending open work order for the item.
Once the service task is added to the part number, set the last service date and reading information for each serialized item on the Service Requirements tab.
