Issue Transactions for Inventory

Watch this video on checking out and returning inventory in the browser and in the Mobile app.
  1. Click Transactions then click Issue / Return.
  2. Remove the check Use Current Date & Time? to manually enter a date and/or time other than the current.
  3. Select the Stocking Location of the item.
  4. Scan/Type the Entity ID of the entity that will receive the item in the entry field. If the ID is not known, choose the entity from the drop-down list in the next field.
  5. Select Issue from the Transaction Type drop-down List.
  6. Enter a Return Due Date, Reference or Notes if needed.
  7. Scan an Item to be issued in the Item ID field or click to find available items and select one.
  8. Enter any other field if needed.
  9. Adjust the quantity to be issued as required in the Qty box in the grid below by either using the arrows in the field to increase or decrease the number, or selecting the whole row and entering the quantity and hitting the Tab key for Bulk or Consumable items. Serialized items will have a quantity of 1 only.
  10. Repeat Steps 7-9 if needed for additional items to be issued. Alternately, click at the top of the grid to add more items from the pop up window.
  11. Check Print Receipt when Processing? if needed.
  12. Click to process the issue
