About Create Transfer Request

Transfers are the movement of inventory from one stocking location, project or project stocking location to another. Create Transfer Request is used to create the original transfer request in advance of the date when the transfer will be picked and a transfer record will be created before being received at the destination.
Information stored on transfer requests includes the location from which the inventory is being requested, the location requesting the inventory, the required delivery date, any notes and shipping instructions, the catalog used to select the inventory and the list of selected inventory.
