About the Inventory Map

The Inventory Map displays pins representing the physical location for each serialized item with a Last Seen date and GPS coordinate. Use this feature get an overview of all inventory or search to pinpoint individual items. GPS coordinates are recorded when
- an issue or return transaction is saved on the TH6 Mobile app.
- an item is counted on the TH6 Mobile app.
- updating item GPS coordinates from DeWalt TOOL CONNECT Site Manager manually.
- GPS coordinates from Hapn GPS are reported to ToolHound.
Navigating the map
To navigate the map, click and drag to position the viewable area. Navigation controls appear along the right side of the page.
- Use + to zoom in or - to zoom out to view a larger area.
- Change the orientation or tilt using the arrows.
- Toggle between fullscreen on and off using the 4-direction arrows icon.
- Use the target to zoom to your current location.
Finding an Item ID
To find a specific tool, type the Item ID then press Enter or click 
. The map will zoom to the location of the item's pin. An overview popup of the item will be shown including the item ID, description, Part Number, Serial Number, Status, and the dated it was Last Seen.
To view the details of the item, click the Item ID in the overview popup.
