This is a partial list of enhancements and fixes included with this release.

This release includes an update for the ToolHound Mobile app. Ensure your server is updated before updating your mobile device.

Enhancement Highlights

  • Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders - added Reference field
  • Purchase Requisition - you can now select a different vendor for each line item
  • Jobs Report - added active flags
  • Transaction Charges - can now add a credit charge
  • Reassign Assets - now prints both the Issue and Return Transaction Receipt when requested
  • Personnel - you are now warned when making a person inactive and they have outstanding issues
  • Issue / Return - handle the return of items in incomplete kits better
  • Bar Code Reports - option to print to roll label printers (1" x 2")
  • TH6 Mobile
    • Added Register Item function

Fixes

  • Jobs - page loads much faster
  • Transactions - Job costing information now added to consumable sale charges
  • Serialized Inventory - transfer receipt can now be viewed from transaction history
  • Reports - better handling of columns in duplicated reports
  • Import Data - better validation for inactive records
  • Roles - can now duplicate a role with all its permissions
  • Work Order - fix issue where assigned to was not being saved
