About Transfer Requests

The Transfer Requests page is used to view, modify and approve transfer requests generated using Create Transfer Request before they are picked and, less commonly, to generate a transfer request or to cancel a transfer request.

General tab for Transfer Requests

The General tab is the default tab for the Transfer Requests page. It displays the identifying information and state of the transfer request. Use this tab to find or create a transfer request.

Details tab for Transfer Requests

The Details tab allows you to add, remove or close individual parts on open and unapproved transfer request where the part number has not been fully picked.

Substitutions tab for Transfer Requests

The Substitutions tab of the Transfer Requests page displays the details of transfers generated for substituted parts when the transfer request is picked.

Transfer Details tab for Transfer Requests

The Transfer Details tab is only displayed when the transfer request has been partially or fully picked. It displays the transfer details for each item ID picked. Multiple transfer numbers are possible if the requisition was not fully picked at one time.

Looking up a Transfer Request

Click Locations > Transfer Request. Enter any known information about the transfer request as a pre-filter. Click Save.

Editing a Transfer Request

Look up the transfer request to edit under Locations > Transfer Requests. Make changes as required. Click Save.​​

Canceling a Transfer Request

A transfer request can be cancelled at any point prior to being fully picked. Look up the transfer request to cancel under Locations > Transfer Requests. Click Cancelled. Click Save.
